The Housing Registry service is provided free of charge to SUNY Fredonia students, faculty, and professional staff who are interested in off-campus living in the local community. Landlords and Rental Agents who desire to advertise their units or rooms to students, faculty, and staff contract with the service provider to include their rental information on the website.
Current Students, Faculty, and Professional Staff: click on the “Search For Housing and Roommates” link above. Access is restricted to currently enrolled students and active faculty and professional staff. You must use your SUNY Fredonia email address (ending in “fredonia.edu”) as your login. Please follow the instructions on the Login page to receive a new password by email. This password is different than the one you use for your email account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to search current off-campus housing listings and connect with other students who are seeking roommates. If you don’t find what you are looking for you can register your search in the Waiting List to be notified by email when new rentals are posted. Further instructions for more detailed oriented searches can be found by clicking the “User’s Guide” menu button once you are logged in.
Landlords and Rental Agents: click on the “Post Your Rental” link to post, modify, or remove your rental information. This service is provided by a contractor who charges a small fee. For questions about listings or payments please DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE, click on the “Post Your Rental” link and then select “Help Desk” from The Housing Registry menu.
New Students, Faculty and Staff without a SUNY Fredonia email account: students who have been accepted to SUNY Fredonia and prospective faculty and staff members can review the current rental market. Just click on the “Post Your Rental” link and then select “View Rental List” from The Housing Registry menu.
